We advised a leading local company in the hydrocarbons sector on how to deal with labor contingencies caused by COVID. Our advice included, among others: the drafting of protocols; suspensions of employment contracts; telecommuting policies; procedures before the Ministry of Labor, and in risk assessments in the workplace and in work functions.
