We took part in Fintech Talks: “The Age of Digital Payments,” organized by the Cámara Paraguaya de Fintech.

During the event, we discussed Law No. 7503 on the National Payments System and the resulting regulations, a key framework for modernizing Paraguay's digital financial ecosystem, with a focus on security, efficiency, interoperability, transparency, and oversight.

Our associates María Belén Rodríguez León, Lie Kawamura Ruiz and Alejandra Aguilar Marin took part as speakers and shared their analysis of the main changes introduced by the law, the role of the Central Bank of Paraguay, the challenges facing Payment Service Providers, interoperability in digital payments, the use of electronic means, and the new rules applicable to book-entry securities.

We thank the Cámara Paraguaya de Fintech for creating these spaces for dialogue and exchange with the different players in the ecosystem, which contribute to the development of a more modern, secure, and coordinated payments system.
