Our senior associate Antonella Llamas spoke at an event organized by Comunidad RH, where she discussed the key aspects of Resolution No. 195/2026 issued by the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security (MTESS).

The resolution requires companies to adopt a protocol for preventing and responding to workplace violence, harassment and discrimination, introducing new requirements for businesses in Paraguay.
