Sebastián has extensive experience in the areas of Civil and Commercial Law, Litigation, Arbitration and Administrative Law.
His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation. In addition, Sebastián advises national and international clients in their conflict situations that could lead to a trial in Paraguay. His experience in evidentiary matters and procedural law provides him with skills to handle complex litigation matters, including the filing of constitutional actions before the Supreme Court.
Sebastián graduated as a Lawyer from Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción and has completed a Master's degree focused on Private and Business Law at Universidad Nacional de Rosario in 2017.
