Maura is a Junior Associate in the Corporate Department. Her professional practice focuses on advising national and international companies on corporate matters, specifically with regard to the incorporation and operation of companies, as well as corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, etc.

Prior to joining Vouga Abogados, Maura worked at other leading law firms in the areas of corporate law and intellectual property.
