Manuel focuses his practice on advising domestic and foreign clients on administrative, regulatory, corporate and intellectual property law. The scope of his practice covers both individuals and legal entities, whether national or multinational. Manuel has a vast international experience. Prior to joining Vouga Abogados (2019), Manuel worked for 17 years abroad, particularly in Italy, Spain and Argentina. In Spain and Argentina he worked for Clarke Modet, the most important intellectual property firm in Latin America, where he held positions as Senior Associate and Key Account Manager for European and Asian clients (Clarke Modet Spain) and as Director of Legal and Technical Affairs (Clarke Modet Argentina).

We successfully advised a local company in the process of obtaining one (1) of the twelve (12) licenses granted by the Paraguayan Government for the production and commercialization of cannabis for medicinal purposes.

We advised the exclusive distributor in Paraguay of one of the most important multinational companies in the world in the clothing, footwear and sports equipment sector, to establish the necessary legal framework to expand its electronic commerce platform in the wholesale segment of sports clothing and products.
