\ Various clients in transactional, distribution, agency and contract work

We provide advice to several clients on issues of distribution and agency rights; our advice includes the drafting of new agreements, review and restructuring of previous agreements, termination negotiations, as well as compensation claims under Law 194, among others.

German development finance company on various loans

We advised a development finance institution of German origin in an unsecured loan of USD 37,5 million, granted to a local bank.

\ GLT Brokerage Firm

We advised a foreign group, GLT, in all procedures before the National Securities Commission (CNV), the Asunción Stock Exchange (BVA) and other public entities for the constitution and registration of a new brokerage firm in Paraguay. We currently provide comprehensive legal advice to the client.
