Belen is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Department of Vouga Abogados. Her practice focuses on advising local and international companies in aspects related to corporate and commercial law, particularly in incorporation processes and day-to-day corporate matters, restructuring processes, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

Prior to joining Vouga Abogados, Belén served as a Senior Associate at a leading regional law firm, where she led the Corporate Department. She also gained international experience at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in Hamburg, Germany, where she was involved in corporate law matters (including M&A and global transactions), antitrust, and dispute resolution.
