Alejandra Aguilar is a member of the Vouga Abogados team as an associate in the Banking and Finance Department. Her practice focuses on providing legal advice to national and international clients on corporate, commercial, and financing matters. She has extensive experience in corporate advisory work, mergers, and trusts.

In addition, her experience includes advising on trademark law, and capital markets. Prior to joining Vouga Abogados, she worked as an associate in the Corporate Department of a leading regional law firm and headed the Trusts Department of a well-known bank.
