DINAPI has ordered the publication of a list of Geographical Indications and/or Appellations of Origin, originating in the European Union, whose recognition was requested by the EUROPEAN UNION on October 27, 2017 in the framework of the negotiations of the Mercosur - European Union Free Trade Agreement.
This publication is made for the purpose of allowing any natural or legal person who may be affected by this recognition to present objections to the recognition of the Geographical Indications and/or Appellations of Origin.
The deadline to file objections will expire 30 days after the list is published in a newspaper of wide circulation. The deadline is already running
