Mijail Ezequiel Molinas Tretiahoff is a Junior Associate at the firm, where he is part of the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution practice areas. His professional practice focuses on Civil and Commercial Law, as well as Administrative Law, actively assisting in the management and follow-up of judicial and extrajudicial proceedings.

He has experience participating in litigation before courts of different instances and jurisdictions, as well as supporting alternative dispute resolution strategies aimed at achieving efficient and effective conflict management.

From an academic standpoint, he was awarded a scholarship in 2023 to complete a semester at the University of the Republic (UDELAR) in Montevideo, Uruguay, an experience that contributed to his legal training and provided him with a broader regional perspective of legal practice.

He is fluent in Spanish and English.
