His expertise is mainly focused on advising and resolving issues related to labor issues and industrial safety for corporate clients, especially large national and multinational firms with operations in the country. Clients such as NEXTAR S.A., MAGO S.A., PARAGUAY REFRESCOS S.A., PROSEGUR PARAGUAY S.A., DURLI LEATHERS S.A., PERFORAGUA, HERBALIFE PARAGUAY S.A., GRUPO WILLERSIN S.A. ...., among others, are mentioned. His practice also extends to issues in the areas of Consumer Protection Law from the beginning of the conflict until its resolution in administrative and judicial venues. He also actively collaborates with his knowledge in land issues or problems in Paraguay, another of his specialties, outlining actions and procedures for clients in matters such as overlapping titles, invasions, judicial measurements, division of real estate and their corresponding registrations in the National Land Registry Service and the General Directorate of Public Records.
His practice also extends, assisting other professionals specialized in the area in everything related to civil and commercial matters, litigating in different judicial seats, including jurisdictions in the interior of the country.
As a result of this professional practice, Marcela is in charge since 2002 of all the labor judicial cases of the Firm with favorable results for the different clients together with other professionals in the area and assists them to date with extensive experience - In 2015/2017 she obtained the title of Master in Business Law, degree awarded by the Catholic University and to date she is part of the Association of Labor Lawyers of Paraguay and is a member of the Ibero-American Association of Labor Law and Social Security.

We represented a company in the hydrocarbon sector in a labor lawsuit filed against it by an occupational health doctor with whom the client had entered into a service contract. The plaintiff claims, among others, recognition of his status as a worker, reinstatement and compensation for damages.
