The Securities Superintendency of the Central Bank of Paraguay (BCP) has opened a public consultation on draft Regulations on Liquidity Risk Management for Investment Funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The initiative, announced through Circular SV.SG. No. 015\/2026, forms part of the development of implementing regulations under Law No. 7,572\/2025 on the Securities and Products Market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The draft addresses a key challenge in investment fund management: ensuring that obligations to investors can be met appropriately, including under financial stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
