{"id":4380,"date":"2023-09-07T15:41:45","date_gmt":"2023-09-07T19:41:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vouga.com.py\/?p=4380"},"modified":"2023-09-07T15:47:04","modified_gmt":"2023-09-07T19:47:04","slug":"la-superintendencia-de-valores-modifico-disposiciones-del-reglamento-general-del-mercado-de-valores-referentes-a-aranceles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vouga.com.py\/en\/la-superintendencia-de-valores-modifico-disposiciones-del-reglamento-general-del-mercado-de-valores-referentes-a-aranceles\/","title":{"rendered":"The Superintendence of Securities amended provisions of the General Regulation of the Securities Market regarding tariffs"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On August 21, 2023, the Superintendency of Securities (the \"Superintendency\") issued Resolution CNV No. 41\/23, in order to set forth with greater clarity the processes exempted from the collection of fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the most relevant provisions, the Superintendency established that Certificates of Savings Deposits issued by financial institutions under the supervision of the Superintendency of Banks, Quota Shares of mutual funds and Financial Derivative Contracts are exempted from the payment of fees for the registration of securities issued, provided that the latter are traded or listed in a stock exchange authorized by the CNV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the Superintendency clarified that Stock Market Advisors, operators of brokerage firms, operators of commodities brokers and Multilateral Organizations, where the Republic of Paraguay is a party, are exempted from the payment of fees for the application for registration and maintenance of the registry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It should be noted that this Resolution was formally issued by the National Securities Commission, which was replaced in its functions by the Superintendence of Securities, created on September 1, 2023 with the enactment of Law No. 7162\/2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-horizontal is-content-justification-space-between is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-5e5b46d1 wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button has-custom-width wp-block-button__width-50 botonblog is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-vivid-red-color has-white-background-color has-text-color has-background wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vouga.com.py\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/VOUGA_BancasYFinanzas_Edicion5_Ingles_1.pdf\" style=\"border-radius:0px\">Download<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Superintendencia de Valores (la \u201cSuperintendencia\u201d) emiti\u00f3 en fecha 21 de agosto de 2023 la Resoluci\u00f3n CNV N\u00b0 41\/23, con el fin de exponer con mayor claridad los procesos eximidos del cobro de aranceles.
