{"id":3900,"date":"2023-03-13T16:21:36","date_gmt":"2023-03-13T20:21:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vouga.com.py\/?p=3900"},"modified":"2023-10-16T12:03:51","modified_gmt":"2023-10-16T16:03:51","slug":"presentacion-de-planillas-laborales-2022-mtess","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vouga.com.py\/en\/presentacion-de-planillas-laborales-2022-mtess\/","title":{"rendered":"PRESENTACI\u00d3N DE PLANILLAS LABORALES 2022 (MTESS)"},"content":{"rendered":"<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>El 23 de enero de 2023, el Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social (MTESS) ha dictado la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 66\/2023 (\u201cResoluci\u00f3n\u201d) a trav\u00e9s de la cual establece que la presentaci\u00f3n de planillas laborales (\u201cPlanillas\u201d)<a id=\"_ftnref1\" href=\"#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> correspondientes al ejercicio del a\u00f1o 2.022 deber\u00e1 realizarse en el periodo comprendido entre el 1 de marzo al 30 de abril del 2.023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presentaci\u00f3n de las planillas se har\u00e1 exclusivamente por medio del sistema inform\u00e1tico del MTESS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las empresas que no presenten las Planillas en el plazo, orden y modalidad fijados en la Resoluci\u00f3n ser\u00e1n sancionadas con multas que van de los 10 a los 30 jornales m\u00ednimos, conforme el siguiente cuadro<a id=\"_ftnref2\" href=\"#_ftn2\">[2]<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table aligncenter is-style-stripes\"><table><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><strong>Jornales m\u00ednimos<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Cuando la mora en la prestaci\u00f3n sea:<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Ser\u00e1 sancionada con una multa de<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><strong>10<\/strong><\/td><td>Menos de 30 d\u00edas<\/td><td>Apr\u00f3x.
